PSCS, of course. 
I only realized how much I disliked the use of stars (I need new star brushes, if anyone knows a good set(s), please point me in their direction) after merging my layers. I should have gone back and got rid of them...but oh well 
It will give me something to do later.

The building depicted is the old Corbin (Kentucky) Hospital, out of use for about 23 years. It is quietly waiting for funds to be accumulated for its razing. The sky (though incredibly altered) is also from Corbin, and much thanks for its use goes to Todd (* alienhead).
